We also maintain profile information such as your Date of Birth, Gender, and Blood Group to provide tailored healthcare services.

To provide digital health tracking features, we collect and store sensitive health information provided by you, including body measurements (height, weight), BMI, vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate), and medical symptoms. This data is used exclusively to visualize your health trends and is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.
3. Prominent Disclosure: App Permissions
To provide essential digital healthcare features, our mobile application requires specific permissions. We value your privacy and only request access when necessary for the core functionality of the app.
Camera Permission (android.permission.CAMERA)
This app requires access to your camera specifically to scan QR codes for quick doctor discovery and appointment booking. It is also used to capture photos of medical documents for your personal health records. No data is stored or transmitted unless you choose to upload a document.
Location Permission
Used to help you find nearby hospitals and clinics based on your current geographical area to facilitate your healthcare journey.
Storage Permission
Used to allow you to securely download and save medical reports, prescriptions, and lab results directly to your device.
Notification Permission
Used to send critical health alerts, appointment reminders, and status updates regarding your medical records.
4. Medical Disclaimer
MS CureChain is a health information management platform and NOT a medical device. The AI Symptom Checker and other health tracking features are for informational purposes only. They do not provide medical diagnosis, professional advice, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
5. Data Sovereignty & Security
All patient and hospital data entered into MS CureChain belongs exclusively to the patient and the respective hospital. We implement AES-256 bit encryption for all patient-identifiable data at rest and in transit.
6. Data Usage & Sharing
We do NOT sell your personal health data. Data is shared only with healthcare providers you book appointments with or when required by government regulatory bodies (like ABDM).
